随着化工生产规模不断扩大,工艺复杂.有害因素众多。职工医院以往重治轻防,单一的医疗模式已不适应现代化工生产职工健康保护的需要,应坚持“预防为主,防治结合”,把职防工作与临床医疗工作同等看待。隶属主管部门和卫生部门应加强监督。医院要实行综合管理措施,加速预防医学模式在企业中的运用。笔者举实例说明,中型化工企业职工医院把全院中心工作放在“第二级预防”上,抓好生产有毒有害因素的监测分析、职业体检、信息管理、职工
With the continuous expansion of chemical production scale, the process is complex and there are many harmful factors. In the past, the staff hospitals had been treated with severe prevention and treatment, and the single medical model was no longer suited to the needs of the health protection of modern workers and workers. It should adhere to the principle of “prevention as the main, prevention and control combined”, and treat the work of the occupational defense work in the same way as clinical medical work. The subordinate authorities and the health department should strengthen supervision. Hospitals should implement comprehensive management measures to accelerate the use of preventive medical models in enterprises. The author gives an example to illustrate that the medium-sized chemical enterprise worker hospital puts the center of the hospital’s work on the “second-level prevention” and does a good job in monitoring, analysis, occupational inspection, information management, and employees who produce toxic and harmful factors.
