目的:清胃散加味方联合三联疗法治疗胃十二指肠溃疡临床效果研究。方法:随机抽取我院采用清胃散加味方联合三联疗法治疗胃十二指肠溃疡的患者37例作为研究组;选取同期单纯采用三联疗法治疗的37例为十二指肠溃疡患者作为对照组,对比研究两组的临床效果。结果:治疗后研究组HP根除率及总有效率,与对照组比较差异存在统计学方面的意义(P<0.05)。结论:清胃散加味方联合三联疗法是治疗胃十二指肠溃疡较为行之有效的方法值得推广应用。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of Qingwei powder combined with triple therapy in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer. Methods: Thirty-seven patients with Gastroduodenal ulcer were randomly selected from our hospital with Qingwei San flavoring combined with triple therapy as the study group. Thirty-seven patients with duodenal ulcer treated with triple therapy at the same period were selected as the control group, Comparative study of two groups of clinical results. Results: After the treatment, the eradication rate and the total effective rate of the study group were statistically significant compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Qingwei Powder combined with triple therapy is a more effective method for the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer, which is worth popularizing and applying.
