运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,针对“阳光体育”基础上高校学生参加课内体育活动的现状,以辽宁大学一、二年级本科在校生为个案进行调查。发现高校本科在校生参与课内体育活动积极主动性较差。同时,目前多数高校田径课内容相对僵化,缺乏创新性和趣味性。在此情况下,如果能够一定程度的按照高校学生的兴趣选择,探讨完善和创新田径课内容的方式方法,将具有较强的可操作性。针对调查结果,笔者提出一系列建议,希望促进高校学生形成良好的体育锻炼习惯,使体质健康水平切实得到提高。
Using literature, questionnaires, mathematical statistics and other methods, aiming at the status quo of college students participating in in-class physical activities on the basis of “Sunshine Sports ”, a case study of first and second year undergraduates in Liaoning University was conducted. Found that college undergraduate students participating in class sports activities less active. At the same time, at present, the track and field course content in most universities is relatively rigid, lacking in innovation and interest. Under such circumstance, if we can choose according to the interests of college students to a certain extent, we will explore ways to improve and innovate the contents of track and field, which will be more operable. According to the survey results, the author put forward a series of suggestions, hoping to promote the college students to form a good habit of physical exercise, so that the physical health level will be improved effectively.
