126 high school students were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups. The experimental group was inoculated intradermally with 0.1 ml vaccine, and was inoculated routinely 60 days later. The control group was vaccinated only according to routine procedures. The other two groups were 2-1 ─ 1 and 3-1 program groups. The results showed that the positive rates of antibody on the 7th day after inoculation were 52.94%, 3.33%, 20.00% and 15.63% in the four groups, 100% and 66.67% on the 14th day respectively, 63.33%, and 75.00%. The positive rate of antibody in the experimental group was significantly higher than the other three groups. On the 28th day, the antibody positive rate of the four groups was very close. Antibody levels in the four groups also showed the same trend. Tip: A small dose of vaccine can speed up the production of antibodies in routine immunization programs.
