目的了解托幼机构手卫生管理现状,以便加强托幼机构手卫生质量管理。方法通过现场问卷调查和采样检测方法,对成都市20家托幼机构人员手卫生管理现状进行调查与分析。结果成都市20家托幼机构手卫生设施配置及管理总体合格率为78%。保育员对手卫生指征的知晓率为70%,对六步洗手法的知晓率为87%;保育人员手卫生质量监测合格率为78.6%,公立托幼机构人员手卫生合格率显著高于私立托幼机构者。结论成都市托幼机构手卫生管理及保育员手卫生质量合格率总体偏低,私立托幼机构差距较大,应加强监督管理。
Objective To understand the status of hand hygiene management in kindergartens and nurseries, in order to strengthen hand hygiene quality management in nurseries. Methods The status quo of hand hygiene management in 20 kindergartens and nurses in Chengdu was investigated and investigated through on-the-spot questionnaires and sampling methods.
