在已建立的高温致神经管畸形的动物模型上,用免疫组织化学方法,对高温处理后的孕鼠之不同发育阶段的胚胎进行酸性成纤维细胞生长因子免疫组织化学染色,观察其在各期胚胎的神经上皮及其周围间充质、内界膜和脊索中的分布和变化.结果:在高温处理后的各期胚胎的上述结构中,酸性成纤维细胞生长因子的免疫组织化学染色均明显减弱,甚至呈阴性着色,不同发育阶段及不同结构的着色强度也不同,说明酸性成纤维细胞生长因子在高温致神经管畸形中有重要作用.
In the established animal model of neural tube defects caused by hyperthermia, immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of acidic fibroblast growth factor (IHC) in embryos at different developmental stages after high temperature treatment. The distribution and changes of the neuroepithelial and surrounding mesenchyme, the internal limiting membrane and the notochord in the embryo.Results: Immunohistochemical staining of acidic fibroblast growth factor Weakened or even negative staining, different developmental stages and different structures of the coloring intensity is also different, indicating that acidic fibroblast growth factor in high temperature induced neural tube defects have an important role.
