为了探讨肾损伤的急诊诊断和治疗方法，对1993年3月～1998年9月52倒闭合性肾损伤采用常规剂量IVU、B超、CT等检查，行非手术治疗或手术治疗。常规剂量IVU、B超、CT检出损伤率分别为0％、71．14％和73．1％；非手术治疗50例，肾切除术2例，全部治愈。肾损伤的急诊诊断首选CT和B超，治疗应首先防治休克，必要时行剖腹探查肾切除术。
In order to explore the emergency diagnosis and treatment of renal injury, from March 1993 to September 1998 52 closed renal failure with conventional dose IVU, B ultrasound, CT and other tests, non-surgical treatment or surgical treatment. The damage rates of routine dose of IVU, B ultrasound and CT were 0%, 71.14% and 73.1% respectively; 50 cases of non-surgical treatment and 2 cases of nephrectomy were cured. Emergency diagnosis of renal injury CT and B- preferred treatment should be the first prevention and treatment of shock, if necessary, laparotomy nephrectomy.
