我这里所说的“祭”,指的是每年清明节,我们在陕西黄陵县黄帝陵举行的祭祀人文初祖黄帝的礼仪活动。关于是否需要由政府出面组织这些祭祀活动,即“公祭”,有学者曾经提出否定的意见。他们主张全部祭祀礼仪都由民间举办,即“民祭”。我主张沿袭旧制,维持公祭。但是,就目前公祭礼
The “festival” I refer to here refers to the ceremonial activities of the Yellow Emperor, the sacrificial ceremonial ancestor, held every year in Ching Ming Festival in Huangdi Mausoleum, Huangling County, Shaanxi Province. On whether there is a need for the government to organize these sacrificial activities, that is, “public sacrifices”, some scholars have put forward negative opinions. They advocate that all sacrificial rituals should be held by the people, that is, “people’s sacrifices.” I advocate following the old system and maintaining the public sacrifice.
