大连市金州老城区曾一度聚集众多传销人员,这一现象引起了社会各界高度关注。人民群众有呼声,政府必然有回应。按照“打早、打小、露头就打”的工作原则,我们积极联系公安部门构建“防、控、堵”打传体系,取得明显工作成效。近年来,共出动执法车辆144台次,执法人员576人次,共查处传销案件17起,遣返传销人员152人,解救被困传销窝点人员5人,捣毁取缔传销窝点17个。传销发案率创2003年以来最低。
The old city of Jinzhou in Dalian once gathered a large number of pyramid schemes personnel, a phenomenon that caused great concern of all sectors of society. The people have voices, the government must have responded. In accordance with the working principle of “playing early, playing small and outcast,” we actively contacted the public security department to establish a system of “prevention, control and blocking” transmission and achieved remarkable results. In recent years, a total of 144 law enforcement vehicles were dispatched and 576 law enforcement officers were deployed. A total of 17 MLM cases were investigated, 152 MLM officials were repatriated, 5 rescue and rescue dens were also rescued, and 17 pyramid schemes were banned. MLM hit the lowest rate since 2003.
