采用常规和波纹纸板诱捕器的检查方法,检查立筒仓内小麦粮堆表层的储粮害虫,根据检查和诱捕害虫的数量,评价以400mg/kg的剂量处理粮堆表层和5g/m2的剂量处理空间结构的硅藻土防虫杀虫剂Protect It的防虫杀虫效果.常规检查发现,原来有害虫活动的Protect It处理仓,从5月中旬到7月底,锈赤扁谷盗(Cryptolestesferruginesus)、玉米象(Sitophiluszeamais)等害虫数量明显减少;而原来无虫的空白对照仓,这些害虫的数量明显增多.从7月底到8月底,诱捕到的嗜虫书虱(Liposcelisentomophila)和无色书虱(L.decolor)的平均数量,处理仓的明显比对照仓的少(P<0.05);诱捕到赤拟谷盗(Triboliumcastaneum)、锈赤扁谷盗(Cryptolestesfer ruginesus)和印度谷螟(Plodiainterpunctella)的平均数量与书虱的结果相同.研究结果表明Pro tect It对储粮书虱、赤拟谷盗和锈赤扁谷盗等害虫具有非常明显防治效果.由于硅藻土防虫杀虫剂防治效果好,对人安全无毒,对环境无污染,因此,在储粮害虫防治领域应用前景广阔.
