随着教育改革的深入和网络信息技术的进步,教育学也在不断发展。教师肩负着教育学传播的使命,应站在科学发展的角度去审视教育学理论,深入研究教育学与教师使命的关系,提升对教育学及教师使命认识的思想高度。教师使命与教育学使命的统一、教育学对教师使命的催化作用,都能够有效促进教育学发展。网络传播背景下,教师除了担负教材代偿、教学监督、现代信息技术操作等显性使命外,还担负着引导学生进入教育学课堂、基于课程感悟凸显示范精神、关注基础教育落实等隐性使命。
With the deepening of education reform and the progress of network information technology, pedagogy is also developing continuously. Facing the mission of pedagogical communication, teachers should examine pedagogy theory from the perspective of scientific development, deeply study the relationship between pedagogy and teachers ’mission, and raise the level of thinking about pedagogy and teachers’ mission. The unity of teachers ’mission and pedagogical mission and the catalytic effect of pedagogy on teachers’ mission can effectively promote the development of pedagogy.
