The Ship Standardization Committee held a publicizing and learning session on three standards of “Ship Chart” from December 5 to December 9 in Changsha City, Hunan Province Shipping Bureau. A total of 90 delegates attended the conference. Transport and shipping agencies, enterprises, factories, navies, scientific research and design institutes, and technical personnel from colleges and universities in southern China, south-central, southwest and north-west regions as well as a few scientific and technological cadres attended the conference.
