作者选择4例甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)哮喘患者为病例组,4例尘螨哮喘患者为对照组,分别进行支气管激发试验并检测其激发前后的FEV_1水平和血清中性粒细胞趋化因子(NCA)NCA活性最高的血清标本经凝胶过滤后,再测NCA。检查结果表明,患者1吸入TDI 10 ppb×30 min,FEV_1下降33%;吸入10 ppb×3 h,FEV_1下降44%。患者2吸入TDI 10 ppb×2.5h,FEV_1下降33%;患者3吸入TDI 20 ppb×4 h,FEV_1无变化。患者4吸入TDI 10 ppb×15 min,FEV_1下降52%。上述3例TDI激发阳性者皆伴有血清NCA含量升高,且于24小时后恢复正常,而患者3却未见NCA异常变化。血清标本经凝胶过滤后所测的NCA表
The authors selected 4 patients with TDI asthma as the case group and 4 patients with dust mite asthma as the control group. The patients were respectively subjected to bronchial provocation test and their FEV 1 levels before and after challenge and the levels of serum neutrophil chemokines (NCA ) NCA activity of the highest serum samples gel filtration, NCA test. The test results showed that in patients with TDI 10 ppb × 30 min, FEV_1 decreased by 33%; inhaled 10 ppb × 3 h, FEV_1 decreased by 44%. Patient 2 inhaled TDI 10 ppb x 2.5h with a 33% reduction in FEV_1; patient 3 inhaled TDI 20 ppb x 4h with no change in FEV_1. Patient 4 inhaled TDI 10 ppb x 15 min, FEV 1 decreased 52%. The three TDI-positive cases were associated with elevated levels of serum NCA and returned to normal after 24 hours, while no abnormalities in NCA were observed in 3 patients. Serum samples after gel filtration measured NCA table
