本文基于我国旅游管理高等教育教学改革的相关研究,提出了分层次实践教学的思路,即分别设置应用型和研究型实践教学课程体系,学生在完成基础训练、掌握了旅游管理基本理论知识和操作技能之后,再根据自己的兴趣爱好及未来发展定位分别进行选择,并从人才发展、教育办学、行业发展等不同角度系统分析了开展分层次实践教学的必要性,最后分别阐述了完善应用型实践教学体系和研究型实践教学体系的对策建议。
Based on the related research of higher education teaching reform in tourism management in our country, this paper puts forward the idea of hierarchical practice teaching, that is, setting up the practical and research course system respectively.
