领导力有这样丰富的层次和内涵,希望职场人在自己的职业之初就有培养自己领导力的意识。通常的概念中,我们觉得要有人可管,才是一个领导。其实,领导力的含义是非常丰富的。即使你不带人,在生活中你也可以是一个领导者。在强生,我们把领导力分为有逻辑的四个方面:第一是“联结”。“联结”是为了什么?是为了合作。合作的基础是了解对方的需求,并能给出独到的见解。我们每天要面对内部合作和外部合作:如何能与团队顺畅沟通,如何与客户建立有效的交流?我刚入行时,做的是销售。一个客户为什么愿意与你合作?
Leadership has such a rich level and content, hope that career people in their own careers at the beginning have to develop their own sense of leadership. In the usual concept, we feel that we have someone to manage and that we are a leader. In fact, the meaning of leadership is very rich. Even if you do not bring people, you can be a leader in your life. In Johnson & Johnson, we divide leadership into four logical aspects: the first is “connection ”. “Connection ” is for what?
