随着社会经济的飞速发展,人民生活水平的提高,城市化的飞速发展,越来越多的建筑拔地而起,在建筑工程施工中,防漏施工技术非常重要,为了更好的提高房屋建筑施工工程的质量,更好的进行建筑防渗漏施工,本文着重研究了现阶段房屋建筑施工中防渗漏技术的研究进度,并根据现阶段房屋建筑施工工程中防渗漏技术的研究进度总结出几种有效的防渗漏技术,期望能够提高我国建筑工程中防渗漏施工技术。
