我市的群众文化系统有一报一刊,由市群众艺术馆编辑出版,一报是《天津社会文化》,每月一期,主要刊登全市群众文化系统的新闻和动态;一刊为《海河文化》,是综合性季刊,主要刊登全市群众文艺作者的文学、曲艺、音乐、美术等作品和理论文章。一报一刊面向全市群众文化系统和各区县文化局以及部分省市的群文单位。报纸及时登载市级和各区县群众文化活动、动态及有分量的理论文章,对全市群众文化工作起到很好的引领作用,刊物发表全市业余作者的优秀作品,是我市群众文艺创作
