为适应南宁市基础工程发展需要,我部自制了一台M-2型振动沉管-螺旋钻孔两用桩机,投产三年多来,沉管近三千根,性能稳定,结构可靠。主要性能参数见表1、2所示。一、M-2型桩机主要特点 1.一机两用:既可振动沉管又可螺旋钻孔。一般振动桩机遇坚硬土层无法沉管时,须由其它钻孔机械配合作业;而M-2型桩机只需换上附件钻土器,钻透硬土层后即可沉管。对难以寻求钻孔机械协助或无法同时容纳两台机械施工的狭小工地,尤为实用。 2.振动器参数根据南宁地区土壤性质设
In order to meet the needs of Nanning City’s basic engineering development, our department has made a M-2 vibration immersed pipe-auger drilled dual-use pile driver. Since it was put into operation for more than three years, it has nearly 3,000 immersed pipes, and has stable performance and reliable structure. The main performance parameters are shown in Tables 1 and 2. First, the main features of the M-2 type pile driver 1. One machine for two purposes: both the vibrating sinker and the spiral driller. General vibration piles Opportunities When the hard soil layer cannot sink, the drilling machine must cooperate with other drilling machines. The M-2 pile driver only needs to replace the accessory driller and drill the hard soil to sink the pipe. It is particularly practical for narrow sites where it is difficult to seek the assistance of drilling machinery or cannot accommodate two machines at the same time. 2.
