食品检验技术是高职烹饪专业学生的核心课程,但是由于对于烹饪技术的训练追求、学生往往忽略此类课程。本文从食品检验技术三个方面与烹饪技术的关联出发,探讨了食品检验技术对烹饪专业高职学生的重要性。
Food inspection technology is a core curriculum for vocational culinary students, but due to the training pursuit of cooking techniques, students tend to ignore such courses. This article discusses the importance of food inspection technology to the culinary professional higher vocational students from three aspects of food inspection technology and cooking technology.
