学龄人口数量不断变动在给初等教育的发展带来严峻挑战的同时,也给初等教育的发展带来了契机。我们要利用这一契机,合理布局、提高质量,大力发展初等教育。
The constant changes in the number of school-age population have posed grave challenges to the development of primary education and also brought opportunities to the development of primary education. We should take this opportunity to rationalize the layout, improve the quality and vigorously develop primary education.
