管养分离工作就是将工程管理与维修养护的人员、经费相分离,是灌区适应市场经济发展需要,降低管护成本、提高工程维修养护水平的有效途径。本文总结了桃曲坡灌区两年来管养分离工作的经验,并提出进一步加强的建议。可为灌区进一步深化工程维修养护提供借鉴。
The separation of management and maintenance is to separate project management from maintenance and maintenance personnel and funds, which is an effective way for irrigation districts to meet the needs of market economy development, reduce management and maintenance costs, and improve the level of project maintenance and maintenance. This paper summarizes the experience of Taoqupo Irrigation District in the two years of management and separation, and puts forward suggestions for further strengthening. It can provide reference for further deepening of project maintenance and irrigation in irrigation area.
