患者女性,29岁。心悸发作史6年。再发2h来我院。心电图证实为阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)。即选用手指直肠按摩(DRM)法试转复。方法:患者取截石位,常规心电图监测。术者右手戴手套,将涂有液体石腊的无名指插入患者肛门后用指尖刺激直肠内壁,按摩约30s,PSVT突然中止。新近Roberge报道经DRM法转复PSVT1例[Ann Emerg Med
Patient female, 29 years old. Palpitations episodes of 6 years. 2h again to our hospital. ECG confirmed as paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT). Refers to the use of finger rectal massage (DRM) test method to restore. Methods: Patients take lithotomy position, conventional ECG monitoring. Surgeons wearing gloves on the right hand, will be coated with liquid stone wax ring finger inserted into the patient’s anus with a fingertips to stimulate the rectal wall, massage about 30s, PSVT abrupt termination.
