为了研究引起医疗技术发展进步的主要因素和动力,有必要对医疗技术史进行合理的时期划分。作者从医疗技术结构、疾病构成、人口结构以及与其相应的生活、劳动环境、产业结构等因素的变化出发,将日本战后的医疗技术的发展历程划分为四个时期,即(1)战败后的荒废与美国医学的引进;(2)传染病的克服与成人病时代的开端;(3)第二次医疗技术革新的成果与新的挑战;(4)高龄化社会、超高龄化社会与医疗技术。
In order to study the main factors and driving forces that lead to the development of medical technology, it is necessary to divide the history of medical technology into reasonable periods. From the perspectives of medical technology structure, disease composition, population structure, and its corresponding life, labor environment, industrial structure, and other factors, the author divides the development process of post-war medical technology in Japan into four periods, namely: (1) after defeat And the introduction of American medicine; (2) the overcoming of infectious diseases and the beginning of the era of adult diseases; (3) the achievements and new challenges of the second medical technology innovation; (4) the aging society, the aging society, and medical technology.
