目的:观察疏肝健脾方对实验大鼠乳腺增生组织形态和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、微血管密度(MVD)的影响。方法:采用苯甲酸雌二醇和黄体酮肌注造模的同时,用疏肝健脾方干预治疗30天,观察大鼠乳腺组织增生的程度以及乳腺组织VEGF、bFGF、MVD的表达。结果:疏肝健脾方能够抑制乳腺组织的增生,降低VEGF和bFGF的活性,抑制增生腺体新生血管的形成。结论:疏肝健脾方可通过影响血管生成相关因子的活性表达,抑制腺体新生血管的形成,改善腺体的微循环,逆转乳腺腺体的增生。
Objective: To observe the effects of Shugan Jianpi Prescription on the morphology of breast hyperplasia and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and microvessel density (MVD) in experimental rats. Methods: Simultaneously with estradiol benzoate and progesterone, the rats were treated with Shugan Jianpi Prescription for 30 days. The degree of mammary gland hyperplasia and the expression of VEGF, bFGF and MVD were observed. Results: Shugan Jianpi Decoction can inhibit the proliferation of breast tissue, reduce the activity of VEGF and bFGF, and inhibit the formation of new blood vessels in the proliferation glands. Conclusion: Shugan Jianpi Prescription can inhibit the formation of neovascularization of the gland by affecting the active expression of angiogenesis-related factors, improve the microcirculation of the gland, and reverse the proliferation of mammary glands.
