本文利用同步记录心电图(ECG)、心音图(PCG)和怖血流图(Δz)及其一阶微分图形(dz/dt),测定了185名正常人和65名经常接触甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)工人的右心室收缩时间间期(RSTI)。测出了正常人 RSTI 指标的正常值,并分析了年龄、性别等对 RSTI 指标的影响,最后通过和用 RSTI 评定了经常接触 TDI 工人的右心室收缩功能,结果表明,经常接触 TDI 工人的右心室收缩功能下降,主要表现在 RPEP 明显延长,QB/T 和 RPEP/RVET 显著性增大和RVET 明显缩短;而 TDI 对女性工人的右心室收缩功能则无明显影响。
In this study, 185 normal subjects and 65 subjects with frequent exposure to toluene diisocyanate (TDI) were measured by simultaneous recording of ECG, PCG and Δz and their first-order differential patterns (dz / dt) ) Workers’ right ventricular systolic time interval (RSTI). The normal value of RSTI index was measured and the influence of age and sex on RSTI index was analyzed. Finally, the right ventricular systolic function of TDI workers was evaluated by RSTI and the results were compared with those of TDI workers Ventricular systolic function decreased mainly in RPEP significantly prolonged, QB / T and RPEP / RVET significantly increased and RVET significantly shortened; while TDI on female workers had no significant effect on right ventricular systolic function.
