由于我校地处莱阳市城乡结合部,学生兼具城市与农村孩子的双重特点,性格复杂多面,给日常的教育管理带来较大困难。自2009年开始,我校遵循“贴近学习,贴近生活”的原则,围绕“责任、感恩、习惯、诚信、奉献”五大主题,坚持做到生活即教育,建立健全学校、家庭、社会相结合的品格教育体系,三者相互促进,相得益彰。一、注重环境资源环境资源的建设既是学校文化运作的客观结果,又表达着学校已形成的价值观念、审美情趣和道德风尚,环境文化时时刻刻影响着每一位师生。校门东侧,“品格第一,做最好的自己”十个金光闪闪的大字彰显我校的教育
