结合当前高校辅导员队伍建设的状况,浅谈高校辅导员工作的内容和思路,探讨提高辅导员工作效率的方法。本文就明确工作思路、防重于治、合理安排时间、重视网络、辅导员自身素质建设和学校的促进激励措施六个方面对提高辅导员工作科学化水平方面做了一个简单的阐述。
Combined with the current situation of college counselors construction, the content and train of thought of college counselors’ work are discussed to explore ways to improve the efficiency of counselors. This article makes a simple exposition on improving the scientific level of counselors on the six aspects of clear work train of thought, prevention of serious problems, reasonable arrangement of time, emphasis on network, counselors’ own quality construction and school promotion incentive measures.
