本文介绍一种主要用于定量分析~(13)C 谱的多脉冲序列技术——自旋回波脉冲序列.在脉冲序列中交替施加质子π(1,0)脉冲,并配合使用交替减或交替加取样方式,能精确删除不希望出现的基团共振峰,分别获得仅含 CH、CH_3和 C、CH_2基团的子谱,并能较好地反映各类基团的真实含量.对 FT-80A 谱仪的脉冲序列程序作了修改,用于本文所述脉冲序列实验,取得了预期结果.本脉冲序列比较简单(仅三个),易于在各类 NMR 谱仪上实现.
