各市(地)、州、林业(园林)局(处、公司),各县(市)林业局: 森林资源管理工作是林业建设的一项重要基础工作。为加强我省森林资源的管理,实现十年绿化广东大地的宏伟目标,现将全省林业计划会议讨论修改后的《加强森林资源管理工作的意见》印发给你们,望结合实际,组织落实,抓紧把清查制度、档案制度、年报制度和限额采伐制度建立起来。由于我省资源管理工作基础薄弱,困难较多,各地要主动争取当地政府重视和支持,并注意总结经验,不断提高森林资源管理水平
