目的分析现行法规标准对医疗照射的控制,探讨降低医疗照射的途径。方法综合现行法规标准有关规定,对影响医疗照射的各种因素进行讨论。结果现行法规标准在人员、设备和质控以及正当性判断与最优化、剂量指导水平等方面都提出了明确的要求。结论通过提高准入条件,加强正当性判断、最优化和质量保证工作,推行医疗照射指导水平,合理降低医疗照射剂量,是目前放射诊疗卫生防护工作的重点。
Objective To analyze the current regulations and standards on medical exposure control, to explore ways to reduce medical exposure. Methods Based on the relevant regulations of the current laws and regulations, various factors that affect medical exposure are discussed. Results The current regulatory standards set clear requirements on personnel, equipment and quality control, justification and optimization, and dose guidance. Conclusion It is the current focus of health protection in radiology and health care by improving access conditions, strengthening justification, optimization and quality assurance, promoting the level of medical radiation guidance and reducing medical exposure rationally.
