离岸金融市场作为金融自由化、国际化的历史性创新,给世界上许多国家带来了巨大的利益。本文针对有关学者、专家曾提出在重庆设立“避税港型”离岸金融市场的策略,结合重庆现有的政策、技术、地理等软硬件优势,创造性地提出了在重庆建立“内外渗透型”离岸金融市场的策略,力争早日把重庆建设成为区域、全国、乃至国际金融中心。
