经营与管理是企业两个永恒的课题,也是人们最熟悉的常用语,但常常被人将其等同或者混同；在实际中,我们很多的迷惑,都起源于对这些基本概念及常识的错误理解。其实,无论是经营,还是管理,都没有那么复杂,最有效的企业管理往往来自于人所共知的常识。把握经营与管理的本质,也是正确把握公司政策的重要前提。在企业实践中,经营是先于管理出现的。管理是经营发展到一定阶段后的产物。随着现代企业的发展,经营与管理越来越多地融合在一起。但这并不能否定两者在职能和内在运作机理上的差异。
