众所周知,人力资源管理部门在任何企业中都是关键的部门之一,人力资源就是研究和整合怎样可以更高效、更合理的使用管理企业内部所有宝贵的资源,从而促使所有员工具备更饱满的工作热情,实现企业发展的战略目标,帮助企业在同行业中的整体效益和社会效益更高,那么本文针对电力企业来讲,做好人力资源管理工作更为重要,因为电力行业在我国国有企业中有很大的比重,电力企业发展的强弱直接关系到国家资源是否强弱的标致,必须要发挥部门其能,帮助企业适应市场经济的快速发展。下面就阐述几点本人的部分观点,仅供参考。
