通过收集资料和实地调研,分析了芦山地震灾区民众职业技能重建存在的问题并提出了对策建议。研究发现:芦山地震灾区民众职业技能重建培训主要开展了五项,但存在培训经费总体不足、培训技能长远适用性差、灾区民众积极性低等问题;建议应加大培训经费支持、改革创新培训思路,并着力提升培训质量。
Through the collection of data and field investigation, the problems existing in the reconstruction of civil vocational skills in Lushan earthquake-stricken areas were analyzed and some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward. The results show that there are five main trainings for vocational skills reconstruction in Lushan earthquake-stricken areas, but there are not enough training funds, long-term applicability of training skills and low enthusiasm of people in disaster-stricken areas. It is suggested that training funding support, reform and innovation training ideas, And strive to improve the quality of training.
