本文采用开博通(CAPOTERN)对40例高血压并左室舒张功能减退者进行治疗观察。经用彩色超声心动仪在用药前及用药后2个月测试,发现左室舒张功能有明显改善。现报告如下: 1 材料与方法 1.1 对象 均系住院病人。两年来60例高血压病患者均进行超声心动图检查,选择40例高血压并左室舒张功能减退者为观察对象。男37例,女3例,年龄最小55岁,平均60.42岁。(舒张功能减退主要指A/E>1) 1.2 方法 采取自身对照法。本组病人入院后常规查三大常规、血生化、胸片、心电图、超声心动图等检查,每天测血压、脉搏、呼吸3次。开始一般治疗,主要心痛定10mg每日3次一个月后复查上述指标。然后开始服开搏通半片(6.5mg),一小时后复查血压、
