本文分析比较了各种磁致冷材料的居里点Tc 和磁热效应 (等温磁熵变 |ΔSM|或绝热去磁温度变化ΔTad)。较详细地总结了国内外不同温区的磁致冷材料的研究成果 ,并介绍了国内外磁致冷材料的最新研究进展———如具有巨磁热效应的钙钛矿型化合物以及 97年获得突破性进展、可望近年投入商业使用的GdSiGe系合金。
In this paper, the Curie temperature Tc and magnetocaloric effect (isothermal magnetic entropy change | ΔSM | or adiabatic demagnetization temperature change ΔTad) of various magnetic refrigerants are analyzed and compared. The research achievements of magnetic refrigeration materials in different temperature regions at home and abroad are summarized in detail. The latest research progress of magnetic refrigeration materials at home and abroad are introduced, such as perovskite compounds with giant magnetocaloric effect and the results obtained in 1997 Breakthrough progress, expected in recent years, commercial use of GdSiGe alloys.
