This paper presents some evidence of the cellular regulation of long-term immunity. The immunization method used is to allow the subcutaneous injection of chondroitin colloidal ferric sulfate in the proliferation of Pseudomonas tuberculosis. The difference in mouse response depends on the strain. Athymic mice lacking mature T cells can be used as satisfactory animal models for studying long-term cellular regulation of immunity.
