郑淮在《华南师范大学学报》(社会科学版)2009年第4期撰文指出,把社会资本看作是一种分析工具,重新探讨成人教育的发展问题,建构社会资本应该是成人教育的基本功能之一,发挥社会资本的作用是成人教育的主要价值取向。
