福利制度与经济发展的关系一直是学术界讨论的热门话题。本文通过从“质”和“量”两方面分析:从定性分析得出福利制度的运行能够调节市场失灵、促进居民消费、构建和谐社会和增加国家竞争力;从定量分析中看,我国的福利制度仍处于低水平尚不足以对我国经济发展造成威胁。同时,研究对我国的福利制度运行带来相关建议。一是要正确看待福利制度与经济发展的关系;二是应该积极发挥我国福利制度中社会支出的社会效应。
The relationship between the welfare system and economic development has been a hot topic in academic discussion. This paper analyzes from the aspects of “quality” and “quantity”: the qualitative analysis shows that the operation of the welfare system can regulate the market failure, promote the consumption of residents, build a harmonious society and increase the national competitiveness; from the perspective of quantitative analysis , The still low welfare system in our country is not enough to threaten the economic development of our country. At the same time, the research brings some advice to the operation of our welfare system. First, we should correctly view the relationship between the welfare system and economic development; second, we should give full play to the social effects of social spending in the welfare system in our country.
