Ventricular premature beats are often described as left bundle branch or right bundle branch block. However, the study of ventricular premature beats due to morphological limitations, so conventional lead tracing is not satisfied. If the four lead premature beats: Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ. aVR, aVL, aVF. V_1, V_2, V_3, V_4, V_5, V_6 are recorded simultaneously, which can be considered as monomorphism.
