在教育这个千秋基业中,农村教育肩负着重要使命,而农村教师则是支撑教育事业的脊梁。在山村小学坚守了31年的林兴修老师、在农村学校坚守了20多年的黄行福老师,他们是农村教师的优秀代表。他们热爱农村教育,在物质生活相对清贫的农村学校,干出了骄人的成绩,而且拥有一种十分难能可贵的职业幸福感。这种精神追求正是当前我们需要大力提倡的。在第25个教师节到来之际,本刊特刊发通讯《用忠诚谱就的信念之歌》以及《黄行福:行走在幸福的乡村教育里》,多角度地展示了他们的成长历程,期盼广大教师阅读后,都能从中汲取精神养料,履行教书育人的神圣职责,做人民满意的教师。
In the course of education, the rural education shoulders an important mission, while rural teachers are the backbone supporting education. Lin Hsiu-hsiu, who has stood for 31 years in the village elementary school and Huang Baofu, who has been in rural schools for more than 20 years, is an outstanding representative of rural teachers. They love rural education, have made remarkable achievements in rural schools where the material life is relatively poor, and have a very valuable vocational happiness. This spiritual pursuit is precisely what we need to strongly advocate. On the occasion of the 25th Teacher’s Day, the journal publishes the “Song of Faith with Loyalty Spectrum” and “Huang Baofu: Walking in Happy Country Education,” which showcased their growth process from multiple perspectives. After the majority of teachers read, they all can learn the spiritual nourishment from them, fulfill the sacred duty of teaching and educating people, and be teachers who are satisfied with the people.
