采用“农业生态系统主要因子权重指数法”,对陇东—长武塬地区生态系统总体功能进行了评价。结果发现,该地区评价指数(0.571)低于经过强化治理的长武县王东沟和淳化县泥河沟两个小流域(>0.7)。进一步计算,排列出评价因子在今后治理与发展中的重轻急缓顺序依次为:耕地生产率、农业总产值、人均纯收入、水土流失治理度、基本农田率、人均肉食和人均粮食。从而确定了该类地区今后农业的发展方向为:调整土地利用结构,巩固并提高粮食生产水平,林果牧业等协调发展,建成多功能高效益的农业生态系统。
Using the “Law of Weights and Indices of Major Factors of Agroecosystem”, the overall ecosystem functions of Longdong-Changwuyuan area were evaluated. The results showed that the evaluation index (0.571) in this area was lower than that of Wangdonggou of Changwu County and two small watersheds of Nihe River in Chunhua County (> 0.7). Further calculation and arrangement of evaluation factors in the future governance and development in order of urgency and urgency are: arable land productivity, gross agricultural output, per capita net income, soil and water loss control, basic farmland rate, per capita meat and per capita food. Thus, the direction of agricultural development in such areas in the future is determined: adjusting the structure of land utilization, consolidating and improving grain production level, coordinating the development of forestry and animal husbandry, and establishing a multi-functional and highly-efficient agro-ecosystem.
