近些年来,随着人们生活水平的逐步提高,食品等物质的消费量也在不断攀升,与之而来的是食品包装材料的随意丢弃等,这些问题给环境带来了严重的危害。此外,我国在食品包装材料的回收上依然处于初级阶段。如何从环境友好的角度,解决食品工业发展所带来的包装材料环境污染问题成为人们广泛热议的话题。与此同时,以生物技术为代表的新兴技术在多个领域的应用也不断成熟。基于此,本文对当前食品包装材料的污染情况进行了分析,并在此基础上从环境友好的角度,以壳聚糖为例,探析了生物多糖在食品包装材料中的应用前景,以供参考。
In recent years, with the gradual improvement of people’s living standards, the consumption of food and other substances is also on the rise, with the consequent discard of food packaging materials and so on, which have brought serious harm to the environment. In addition, the recovery of food packaging materials in our country is still in its infancy. How to solve the environmental pollution caused by the development of food industry from the perspective of environment friendliness has become a hot topic of discussion. In the meantime, emerging technologies represented by biotechnology have also become more mature in many fields. Based on this, this paper analyzes the current situation of food packaging materials pollution, and on this basis, from an environment-friendly perspective, taking chitosan as an example, explores the application prospects of biological polysaccharide in food packaging materials for reference .
