经济机制理论的研究,在西方国家与苏联、东欧国家开始较早。我国是在十一届三中全会以后在研究计划调节与市场调节问题中逐步展开对经济机制的讨论的。目前对经济机制概念,大致有以下几种看法: 一、认为经济机制是人们自觉建立的对经济发生作用的一种体系。这种体系是在认识经济规律的基础上建立起来的,现实经济生活中体现生产关系的本质和利用经济规律的具体形式的总体,就构成一定社会的经济机制。二、认为经济机制是组织和管理社会经济的一种内在功能。
The study of the theory of economic mechanism started earlier in the Western countries with the Soviet Union and Eastern European countries. After the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, China gradually debated the economic mechanism in its study on the regulation of programs and market regulation.
