目的:研究手足口病(HFMD)患儿实验室指标变化与疾病严重程度的关系。方法:对616例HFMD患儿实验室检测指标进行分析。结果:手足口病患儿白细胞(WBC)、血糖(GLU)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HB-DH)水平重症组高于普通组(P<0.05)。手足口病患儿C-反应蛋白(CRP)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)重症组高于普通组(P<0.05)。结论:白细胞、血糖、乳酸脱氢酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶水平与疾病严重程度相关,随病情严重程度而升高。
Objective: To study the relationship between the changes of laboratory indexes and the severity of disease in children with hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD). Methods: The laboratory tests of 616 children with HFMD were analyzed. Results: The levels of white blood cells (WBC), blood glucose (GLU), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (α-HB-DH) in children with HFMD were higher than those in the normal group (P < 0.05). Children with HFMD had higher levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) than the normal group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The levels of white blood cells, blood glucose, lactate dehydrogenase and α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase are related to the severity of the disease and increase with the severity of the disease.
