由于土地征收制度存在的缺陷和其他的社会原因使得法院审理土地征收案件一向难度大,本文试通过行政审判视角来全面解读土地征收案件,并提出一些合理化建议,从而保障农民的合法权益,维护社会良好秩序。
Due to the flaws in the land expropriation system and other social reasons, the courts have been trying hard to handle the land expropriation cases. This paper tries to interpret the land expropriation cases through the administrative trial perspective and put forward some reasonable suggestions to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the peasants and safeguard the society Good order.
