中国土木工程学会隧道学会第二届年会暨学术讨论会于1981年6月25日至7月1日在上海举行。包括91个单位的159名代表参加了会议,收到论文128篇,其中62篇在大会或学组会上宣读。 隧道学会理事长、西南交通大学校长刘圣化主持会议并致开幕词;中国土木工程学会副理事长、上海市副市长赵祖康出席了开幕式并致贺词。隧道学会秘书长高渠清教授代表学会就第一届年会以来的学会工作作了报告,汇报了两年多来各学组的学术活动,传达了学会于1978年派代表团以观察员身份出席第四届国际隧协年会和1979年加入国际隧协成为
The second annual meeting of the Tunnel Society of China Civil Engineering Society and the academic discussion was held in Shanghai from June 25th to July 1st, 1981. 159 delegates, including 91 units, participated in the conference and received 128 papers, of which 62 were read at the conference or school group meeting. Liu Shenghua, chairman of the Tunnel Society and president of Southwest Jiaotong University, presided over the meeting and delivered an opening speech. Zhao Zukang, vice chairman of the China Civil Engineering Society and deputy mayor of Shanghai, attended the opening ceremony and delivered congratulations. Professor Gao Quqing, Secretary-General of the Tunnel Society, represented the society and gave a report on the work of the Society since the first annual meeting. He reported on the academic activities of each school group for more than two years and conveyed that the Society sent a delegation as an observer in 1978.
