(一)流域概况洮河位于甘肃省南部山区,是黄河上游一条较大的支流。它发源于甘青川三省交界的西倾山,流经绿曲,夏河、卓尼、临潭等县于永靖汇入黄河。流域总面积31,800平方公里、全长580公里。在甘南藏族自治州境内的河段长达400公里,河床平均比降2.8‰,流域面积17,000平方公里。流域内有林地350.4万余亩,森林复被率为18.6%,有草山1,000多万亩,耕
(I) Basin Profile Bahe is located in the mountainous area in the southern part of Gansu Province and is a large tributary of the upper reaches of the Yellow River. It originated in the west slope of the three provinces of Gansu and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, flowing through the Greenland, Xiahe, Zhuoni, Lintan County in Yongjing import Yellow River. The total basin area of 31,800 square kilometers, a total length of 580 km. In Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of the territory of the river up to 400 km, the average river bed 2.8 ‰, the basin area of 17,000 square kilometers.
