为解除晚期食管癌、贲门癌患者的痛苦,提高其生存率,我院自1987年3月～1989年10月,对门诊和住院的晚期食管癌、贲门癌患者110例(均经胃镜、病理诊断确诊)随机分为3组进行治疗:局部化疗组(局化组)60例,全身化疗组(全化组)20例,口服抗癌药组(服药组)30例,总缓解率分别为100%、35%、33.3%。局化组取得较好疗效,有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。现将临床观察结果报告如下。
In order to relieve the pain of patients with advanced esophageal and cardiac cancers and improve their survival rate, our hospital has had 110 cases of advanced esophageal and cardiac cancers in outpatients and inpatients from March 1987 to October 1989.
