目的为了加强华阴市医院消毒管理工作,正确评价医院消毒效果,提出切合实际的有效的改进办法和建议。方法通过采样调查,进行消毒效果监测。结果华阴市11所医院消毒效果监测结果,监测合格率54.86%;各类医院内环境空气监测合格率13.51%;物体表面监测合格率45.76%;医护工作人员手监测合格率53.85%;医疗卫生用品监测合格率92.31%;消毒医疗器械监测合格率100.00%;灭菌医疗器械监测合格率78.90%。结论针对监督监测中发现的问题提出相应的解决办法。积极宣传、学习消毒有关法规,培训专业人员,提高消毒专业水平,加强领导,建立健全消毒组织机构,加强消毒工作基本建设,预防医院院内感染。
Objective To strengthen the hospital disinfection management Huayin City, the correct evaluation of the hospital disinfection, put forward practical and effective ways to improve and recommendations. Methods Through the sampling survey, disinfection effect monitoring. Results The monitoring results of disinfection in 11 hospitals in Huayin were 54.86%. The qualified rate of indoor air monitoring in various hospitals was 13.51%. The passing rate of objects on the surface was 45.76%. The passing rate of medical staff was 53.85% 92.31% of products monitoring pass rate; disinfection medical equipment monitoring pass rate of 100.00%; sterilization medical equipment monitoring pass rate of 78.90%. Conclusions Aiming at the problems found in supervision and monitoring, a corresponding solution is put forward. Actively promote, learn disinfection laws and regulations, training professionals, improve the professional level of disinfection, strengthen leadership, establish and improve disinfection organizations, strengthen disinfection of basic construction, prevention of hospital nosocomial infection.
